Position Overview :

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Account Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. This critical role involves building and nurturing relationships with key clients, spearheading revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of our consulting services. Responsibilities include strategic account planning, new business development, and identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship Management : Develop and sustain strong, long-lasting partnerships with key decision-makers in client organizations. Travel to client sites may be required.
  • Consultative Selling : Establish deep, consultative relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • New Business Development : Identify and pursue sales opportunities within current accounts while actively seeking new clients to grow our business portfolio.
  • Sales Strategy : Formulate and implement strategic account plans that align with client needs and business objectives.
  • Proposal Development : Partner with internal teams to create compelling proposals and solutions tailored to client specifications.
  • Revenue Growth : Achieve consistent sales growth by meeting and surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Negotiation & Closing : Lead negotiations on Statements of Work, manage pricing discussions, and effectively close new business deals.
  • Client Retention & Satisfaction : Monitor client satisfaction levels, address issues promptly, and ensure successful project delivery to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Collaboration : Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure the right talent is allocated to client projects.
  • Market Intelligence : Remain informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitors to offer innovative solutions and retain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications :

Experience : A minimum of 2-8 years of sales experience, specifically in selling engineering services within one of our core service areas. A successful sales track record is essential.

Skills :

  • Exceptional sales and business development capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to build rapport with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of IT solutions, staffing solutions, and consulting industry trends.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on client satisfaction and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or similar) and MS Office Suite.

  • Pay Transparency : The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 per year. This position is also eligible for a performance-based incentive plan. Final offer amounts will be determined by factors such as your relevant skills, education, and experience. Full-time employees are entitled to benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 10 paid holidays, open paid time off, paid parental leave, participation in the 401(k) plan, life and disability insurance, mobile phone reimbursement, and wellness reimbursement.
