Network Engineer I

Payrate: $28 - $33/hr.

Job Role Specific Requirements:

• Performs administration of voice handsets and devices, enrolling, activating, and managing
• devices used to provide voice services.
• Perform moves, adds, changes, and disconnects daily.
• Troubleshoot any issues.
• NetPlus database knowledge.

Top Qualifications, Skills, Experience or Certifications:

• Must have 2 years of related experience managing voice networks, possessing basic skills and knowledge to manage handsets and devices for voice services.
• Experience with CS2100/ VoIP programming.
• Experience with Service Now.
• Identifying and escalating high-priority issues to the appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
• Ensuring that service level agreements are met by monitoring queue performance and taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Distributing tasks evenly among team members based on their availability and skillset to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinating customer inquiries across various channels, ensuring timely responses.

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
