Summary:
Support capital program deployments by monitoring alarms, handling initial issues, and fixing problems, with most tasks related to these deployments. They will work with company deployment, vendor, and Tier 2 teams to escalate issues smoothly. They will provide real-time monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure smooth integration and quick resolution of post-deployment issues, enhancing network reliability. They will continuously monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed to ensure successful implementation and prevent problems.
Responsibilities:
- Technician will take ownership of deployment-related incidents, working with deployment/Tier 2 teams to troubleshoot and resolve service-impacting issues.
- They will use their knowledge of Core Network to improve troubleshooting and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
- They will schedule and coordinate critical fixes, engage vendors, and support deployment teams with troubleshooting and validation after maintenance.
- They will involve all relevant stakeholders in troubleshooting to address outages and system issues promptly.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $45k per Year. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid days off based on tenure, up to 40 hours paid sick time, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
