Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer - III

Payrate: $48.00 - $52.00/Hour

Summary:

Specialist will manage real estate efforts in support of Client's Macro New Build program for the Central Texas Submarket. This involves vendor oversight of site acquisition and A&E partners to successfully in performing due diligence, negotiating leases or amendments, managing work flow forecasts, obtaining governmental approvals and permits and PO management. Specialist is expected to work as a self-starter to drive their projects and effectively prioritize multiple competing projects in a fast paced environment. Must be able to collaborate with other internal teams to achieve successful outcomes. Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and a fast learner.

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition
• Tracking vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated, conforming to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies
• Will be required to work in multiple systems
• Manage project budgets
• Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties and project team
• Insure that all parties are aware of project status
• Conduct deployment calls
  
  

Experience:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience required.
  
  

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $48.00 - $52.00 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
