NOC Engineer

Responsibilities : Monitor, manage, and resolve network / system incidents, ensuring timely resolution and proper tracking in line with incident management processes.Scripting & Automation : Develop and maintain Bash or Python scripts to automate routine tasks, such as system checks, log parsing, and incident remediation.VMware Management : Administer VMware virtual environments, including managing virtual machines, vSphere configurations, and ensuring optimal network setup.Monitoring & Troubleshooting : Use monitoring tools to detect performance issues, troubleshoot network / server failures, and respond promptly to system alerts.Collaboration & Documentation : Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and maintain clear documentation for incidents, troubleshooting, and systems. Required Skills : Strong knowledge in incident management, proficiency in Bash / Python scripting, and hands-on VMware.Expertise with a solid understanding of networking protocols. Compensation : The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
