About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Development Associate to join our team at Aditi Consulting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to drug substance process development, executing mammalian cell culture experiments, and programming automation for process equipment. Strong interpersonal skills and experience with data analysis tools are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute mammalian cell culture experiments at different scales in shake flasks, culture bags, and bioreactors.
- Program automation for process equipment including benchtop bioreactors, chromatography systems, and robotic liquid handling systems.
- Design experiments and analyze data using visualization and analytics software.
Requirements:
- A recent Bachelors or Masters graduate in a life sciences field with hands-on laboratory experience, particularly in mammalian cell culture and/or protein purification techniques.
- Familiarity with designing experiments and analyzing scientific data using data visualization and analytics software.
