Job Responsibilities :

Configure localization tools and automate translation workflows to ensure a precise and efficient localization process
Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards and reports to support localization operations and enhance efficiency
Implement automation solutions to deliver immediate and tactical results
Own end-to-end of issue management, triage, prioritization, effective communication with requesters, and lead thorough investigations to successful bug / error resolution and delivery
Review and monitor data for issues on assigned projects, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Assist non-technical team members with implementing solutions
Maintain documentation of changes and best practices

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of work experience with database systems, SQL, Python, PHP

Understanding of the Regular Expression (RegEx), JSON, XML

Experience with creating pipelines and dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Tableau or equivalent

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritize tasks, and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with translation system configuration, translation workflow automation, localization process and dealing with localization issues

Knowledge of PHP, React, XML and / or other web development technologies

Familiarity with source code version control systems

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Compensation :

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
