Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other business units, to gather and define product requirements and ensure alignment on goals.
- Lead the development and implementation of transformative projects that deliver new capabilities for our customers in the Value segment and align with our future architecture vision.
- Manage and communicate product roadmaps, ensuring transparency and clarity on timelines, potential risks, and key milestones.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product vision and value to stakeholders across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar roles with a successful track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
