Job Description :

Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Planner to join our team in managing the project plans for various divisions in Tucson. As a key part of our 20 member team, you will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning and execution of projects. This is a backfill role, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and help drive the success of key projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain project plans using Microsoft Project (MSP).
• Facilitate control meetings and project planning meetings.
• Track and manage risks, action items, and issues associated with projects.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of project plans.
• Work closely with the PMO team, project managers, and other stakeholders to drive project success.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients, presenting proposals, reports, and findings as needed.
• Assist with resource allocation, production methods, and strategic planning processes.

Typical Day & Interaction : Your day will include managing project plans, leading meetings, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the quality of project deliverables. You'll interact frequently with the PMO team, project managers, and other team members through project control meetings, planning meetings, emails, MS Teams, and in-person discussions.

Compensation

This is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position $40 - $45 (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
