MANAGER MUST HAVES:
- Scheduling experience
- Strong attention to detail
Core Responsibilities:
- Supports the overall activities associated with the interview process for North American hiring; including calendar coordination, communication, assessment scheduling and travel and expenses
- Liaisons with candidates and interviewers for availability, addresses and remediates issues in support of the interview scheduling process
- Prepares schedules and communicates with candidates, interviewers and recruiters
- Assists with onsite interview coordination when needed
- Prepares interview rooms for assessments when required
- Statuses and communicates with candidates in the applicant tracking system and via other technical solutions in support of scheduling
Requirements
- HS diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of direct scheduling experience; talent acquisition or staffing experience preferred
- Advanced calendar management required
- Excellent communication skills required
- Ability to utilize multiple tools and technologies including applicant tracking system, excel, word, outlook and interview scheduling technology
- Excellent organization skills; strong attention detail
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality required
