Senior Business Analyst

Work location: AMER, Remote, PST preferred

Job Description:

Work with business teams and business process teams to understand business needs and translate into clear, detailed requirements

• Facilitate workshops to understand business pain points, synthesizing findings and communicating out meeting decisions and action items
• Document business requirements (BRD)
• Create process flows showing the current state and future state.
• Advocate on behalf of business stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet the business requirements and provide a positive user experience during the Build cycle.
• Participate in business requirements handoffs to Build teams.
• Review PRDs, and attend sprint demos.
• Represent and advocate on behalf of the business stakeholders during UAT. Lead UAT business planning and execution.
• Review QA and write UAT test scripts. Manage UAT with end-users including coordination and user acceptance sign-off.
• Triage issues and align with business stakeholder on priority of defect.
• Attend daily UAT standups and other UAT ceremonies, representing the business stakeholder to
• Partner with project managers, IT, and project stakeholders to plan and execute UAT.
• Represent and advocate on behalf of the business stakeholders during Hypercare
• Partner with project stakeholders, Project managers, IT, and System Administrator teams to plan and prepare for Go-Live and post-go live support.
• Triage issues on behalf of the business stakehodlers during Hypercare.
• Share issues and feedback back to the business stakeholders.
• Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including issue management, communication, and change management.
• Review content produced by Change Management/Communications teams to ensure accuracy of go-live and training content
• Review feedback gathered by Change Management to bring back to business stakeholders to inform future planning.

A typical day may include:

• Reading existing documentation and running reports to look for insights in the data to investigate issues
• Writing business requirements and creating a process flow, then reviewing with a project member for feedback
• Setting up and facilitating meetings to understanding business pain points, then synthesizing the meeting and sending out meeting decisions and action items
• Attending sprint BT reviews, and demos.
• Coordinating and leading UATs, or performing UAT in a sandbox for an enhancement

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience elsewhere in business process analysis, requirements, design, and quality
• Experience supporting and maturing a medium to large-sized portfolio of programs/projects
• Experience with Salesforce as a user or administrator, proficient in building/reading dashboards and configuring small to medium system changes.
• Demonstrated ability to improve the efficiency of business processes with both technology and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience working with large, complex projects; familiar with agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies and principles.
• Experience in an environment with Lead to Cash processes and technologies.
• Salesforce certifications (Developer, Admin) are an asset
• High proficiency in analysis and productivity tools: Lucid Charts, Google Suite of products, Smartsheet or other PM software, Slack, Tableau

Pay Transparency:

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $80000 - $85000 per year. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid days off based on tenure, up to 40 hours paid sick time, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
