Work Environment :
Hybrid work environment, with one day in the office, transitioning to two to three days in the office in the future.
Position’s Contributions to Work Group :
Maintain detailed reconciliations, including managing and resolving discrepancies to ensure minimal variance.
Support financial reporting accuracy and integrity by reviewing and analyzing ledger accounts for Suspense, A / P, and Portfolio accounts.
Actively contribute to the month-end close process, including preparing reclass journal entries and working with business partners to resolve corrections as needed.
Typical Task Breakdown :
Month-end closing activities, including reviewing ledger accounts for Suspense, A / P, and Portfolio accounts.
Preparing reconciliations (both monthly and some with higher frequency due to volume) and collaborating with business partners to resolve discrepancies.
Performing reclass journal entries as necessary.
Education & Experience Required :
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related financial discipline (required).
5-7 years of financial and / or accounting experience (required).
Advanced degree in a financial discipline (preferred).

Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations related to accounting.

Strong communication, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities, as mentioned above.

Compensation :
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
