Summary : We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its North America Talent Acquisition team. This contingent Senior Recruiter will act as a consultative talent partner to assigned business units, supporting the organization’s talent acquisition strategies. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, client management, and partnership with HR Directors, hiring managers, and external partners to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities : Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including requisition management and candidate sourcing.Update and manage the SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Ensure timely reporting and achievement of recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and hiring manager satisfaction.Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.Build a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future roles.Conduct pre-screening interviews and collaborate with team members to identify the best-fit candidates.Establish partnerships with hiring managers, senior executives, and HR Business Partners to align recruitment strategies with business needs.Facilitate candidate review meetings, gather feedback, and provide guidance to ensure a seamless hiring process.Act as a trusted advisor by constructively challenging assumptions and offering strategic recruitment insights.Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, as well as internal policies.Monitor and report recruitment trends and data, providing insights to leadership for continuous improvement.Maintain applicant tracking and reporting accuracy for compliance purposes.Stay informed on industry trends, talent availability, and market conditions.Share knowledge and insights with team members and business leaders to optimize recruitment strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree required (relevant experience or certifications in HR may be considered in lieu of a degree).Experience : Minimum 6 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years of full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, competitive environment (preferably in a corporate setting).Industry Knowledge : Experience in the healthcare / pharmaceutical industry or commercial recruiting is strongly preferred.Technical Skills : Proficiency in advanced internet sourcing techniques, data management, and metrics analysis. Experience with SuccessFactors ATS (or similar) is required. Soft Skills : Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.Ability to build relationships across industries and networks.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.Constructive approach to challenging assumptions and addressing issues. Additional Skills : Functional assessment knowledge.Headcount forecasting and workforce planning experience.Good working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
