Summary:

We embarked on a multi-year journey to deploy an enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA solution covering all aspects of business operations. As part of that journey, a North America Supplier Center of Excellence (COE) was established to centralize, institutionalize, and continuously improve the management, accuracy, and usage of supplier data across North America. The Data Request Processing Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of our data assets. You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing supplier create and change requests to ensure the request is the best action to fit the business need while adhering to best practices within the established data model and design and providing guidance to the change requesters when different action is needed. Your expertise will be instrumental as the gate keeper to prevent dirty data. This role requires a keen analytical mind, a passion for efficiency, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker comfortable researching supplier data in multiple systems, understanding SAP data structures, and meeting performance metrics.

Job Responsibilities:

• Decision Making: Use critical thinking, research of existing data and transactional activity, and analysis of change impacts to decide the best actions to take to meet business needs.
• Data Quality Standards: Understand and adhere to data quality standards to drive decision making and prevent dirty data.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with requesters to understand and meet business needs.
• Achieve Performance Metrics: Work with urgency and accuracy to address stakeholder requests in a timely manner that is correct the first time and minimizes negative impact.
• Data Privacy Management: Support enforcement of policies and procedures to protect sensitive and personal data. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and best practices for data handling and usage.
• Documentation and Training: Develop and document standard operating procedures, train new team members, and provide refresher training as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field
• Experience designing, implementing, integrating, and sustaining effective business processes
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to excellence in customer service
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data and analytics
• Previous experience with master data
• Familiarity with process automation and technology-driven improvements
• Experience working with supplier master data preferred
• Experience working with SAP MDG and SAP S4 preferred

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
