Job Summary
The Client Cart team is dedicated to creating innovative shopping experiences that seamlessly integrate digital interfaces with physical cart interactions. Our multidisciplinary team includes product managers, researchers, engineers, industrial designers, and store designers, all collaborating to redefine the future of retail technology
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborative Design : Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive user interfaces that enhance the Client Cart experience
- User-Centered Approach : Dive deep into customer pain points, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to inform and iterate on design solution
- Prototype Development : Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concept
- Design Systems : Define user interactions, information architecture, and visual language, introducing improved design patterns and system
- Research Partnership : Collaborate with UX researchers to formulate and execute generative and evaluative studies
- Stakeholder Communication : Clearly and persuasively present complex design concepts and decisions to diverse audience
