- The Video Producer will be part of the Customer Experience Team, working with every organization within to deliver educational videos that improve customer adoption and address key product issues.
- The role involves creating high-quality instructional videos, collaborating with writers, and developing supplementary graphics.

- Snagit
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, InDesign)
Must have skills for this role:
- 3 years of experience in video production (how-to videos)
- Advanced skill in TechSmith Camtasia and Snagit
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred skills:
- Voice-over recording and editing

Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00- $45.00 /hr . Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid days off based on tenure, up to 40 hours paid sick time, 401(k) plan participation, commuter benefits and life and disability insurance.
