We are seeking a Product Development Manager to be an integral part of our Outdoor and Outerwear creation team. The PDM will bring hands-on expertise in functional Outdoor innovation and can interpret elite Outdoor performance trends into understandable, relatable product.
Your Impact
- Develop products, recommend materials, performance technologies and construction techniques that meet design expectations and cost targets
- Stay at the forefront of the latest material and garment innovations
- Monitor seasonal T&A, report on progress and adjust plans as needed to meet goals
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle unexpected challenges with flexibility and forward thinking
- Own seasonal sampling with support from design and merch teams
- Works well under high pressure environment
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
