Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address their specific mental health needs

Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in managing their symptoms and improving their overall well-being

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients

Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the appropriate course of treatment for each client

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation

Stay current on the latest research and developments in the field of therapy

Skills```

Strong research skills to stay informed about the latest developments in therapy techniques and approaches

Proficiency in documentation to accurately record client information and progress

Knowledge of gender issues counseling and sensitivity to diverse populations

Expertise in behavioral therapy techniques to address a wide range of mental health conditions

Understanding of behavioral health principles and practices

Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing appropriate support and interventions

Proficient in crisis intervention strategies to effectively manage high-stress situations

Excellent patient care skills, including active listening, empathy, and effective communication
