- Utilize Sage for basic financial tracking and reporting as needed.

- Utilize Google Suite tools for document creation, data analysis, and communication purposes.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles is preferred.
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Sage is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
