About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Associate who is passionate about building client
relationships, promoting technology services, and contributing creative ideas to a fast-growing
business. In this role, you will be directly involved in selling our services and app, attending
expos and industry events, and working alongside the CEO to secure new business opportunities.
You will also collaborate with our marketing team, providing input to help strengthen
promotional strategies.
This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role, based on performance
and company needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Engagement:
• Promote and sell ADK Assist and other company services to prospective clients.
• Research and identify potential clients, including property managers, co-op boards, and
individual unit owners.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and networking events to generate leads.
• Accompany the CEO to client meetings to strategize and pitch services.
• Assist in closing deals with clients and maintaining long-term business relationships.
Event Participation & Promotion:
• Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and industry events.
• Participate in all aspects of event preparation, including booth setup, materials management,
and live demonstrations.
• Engage with potential clients during events, promoting our services and collecting leads.
• Help plan and execute promotional strategies for upcoming expos and events.
Back Office & Marketing Support:
• Collaborate with the existing marketing team by providing new ideas and feedback to improve
campaigns.
• Utilize CRM software (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365) to manage leads, track client
communications, and update sales data.
• Assist in drafting client proposals, preparing reports, and coordinating follow-ups.
• Handle light administrative tasks, such as organizing meeting schedules and event logistics.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles (preferably in tech or real estate).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to pitch services effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus).
• Willingness to attend expos, industry events, and client meetings.
• Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate with the marketing team on new campaigns and
outreach strategies.
• Self-starter who can work independently but thrives in a team-oriented environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
