Your responsibilities will include drafting settlement negotiation demand packages, tracking timelines for deliverables, and facilitating client communication. You will also be responsible for organizing case files, including medical records and legal documents, and mastering the use of electronic case and calendar management software.
To be successful in this role, you will need a two-year degree or equivalent paralegal certification, seven or more years of experience as a paralegal at a personal injury law firm, and excellent oral, written, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in an independent and team-oriented environment are also essential.
