What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Team Lead - All Shifts position at Adler Pelzer Group 1?
Duties and Requirements of the Job:

- Adherence to plant safety requirements as established by company policy.
- Drives daily throughput of product manufactured by area of responsibility.
- Aware of inventory produced by area of responsibility as to maintain adequate stock on hand (Safety stock) and that all finished goods meet customer requirements in quality, quantity and proper packaging and labeling.
- Works closely with production force, providing guidance and needed materials. Performs hourly checks on work cells to ensure that quality and production goals are achieved. Prepares and reports shift and daily production totals.
- Positive communications among other shifts and departments to ensure consistent information.
- Notifies Supervisor of poor work performance of team members and any employee relation issue.
- Maintains housekeeping of designated area to required standards
- Complies with TS 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Accepts assignments and other responsibilities as required in support of team objectives.
Skills requires to perform the job:
- Requires overall knowledge of production requirements, equipment, and processes.
- Forklift licensed.
- Strong personal leadership and communication abilities with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work shifts on a continuous seven-day work cycle.
Educational Requirements:
- High school or equivalent with in-company job experience as an above-average operator or line mechanic.
