We are currently seeking Associate candidates with two to five years of experience to work in our Litigation Department . This position is based in our Boston, Massachusetts office.
The ideal candidate will possess :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work professionally with clients and other AP&S team members.
- Understanding of federal and state court rules and practice.
- Experience researching and drafting memoranda and briefs.
- Experience handling discovery responses, requests, and disputes in complex matters.
- Ability to research and learn new substantive legal topics.
- Superior time management and organization skills.
