What are the responsibilities and job description for the HS Show Choir Director 2025-26 position at ADM Community School District?
The Adel DeSoto Minburn Community School District is seeking a highly motivated, quality applicant as our High School Show Choir Director for the 2025-26 school year.
ADM competes in the highly competitive Raccoon River Conference. ADM is a growing school district in central Iowa. We have excellent facilities and strong fine arts programs. ADM has tremendous community support for their programs. Our staff works great together and encourages students to be involved in multiple sports and activities. We are looking for a candidate to build this new addition to ADM's student activity offerings.
Essential Functions:
- Create a sustainable program to enhance students' experiences with music, specifically vocal.
- Create practice schedules and provide direction and coaching to student participants preparing them for competition.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Iowa Certified Licensure.
- Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed.
- Ability to work well with staff, parents, and students.
