About the Role: Global Sourcing Manager
The Strategic Sourcing Manager will develop and execute category strategy, supporting various adm business units within the Americas with procurement of goods. The role involves leading discussions, negotiations, creating estimates, and onboarding strategic partners.
Key responsibilities include creating and implementing category strategy and procurement plans that support business goals, ensuring customer service, participating in industry trade shows, conducting RFQ exercises, and managing risk within our supply chain.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree with at least five years of experience in displays, POP, promotional purchasing, or a related field. They should possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities.
A strong understanding of modern procurement technologies, digital transformation initiatives, and international markets is essential. Experience in global sourcing, managing international suppliers, and relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in procurement activities is also required.
