Position Summary
Join our Flavors Business Unit as a Customer Quality Representative, acting as the liaison between customers and internal departments such as manufacturing sites and warehouses on all quality-related matters. This experienced role provides quality-based support for ADM's commercial, sales, customer service, and production teams. You'll support Customer Quality specialists, collaborate with Product Stewards on complex requests, and address day-to-day issues to ensure team growth and knowledge. Direct interaction with existing and potential ADM customers is expected. You'll help define, develop, and implement improvements to meet best-in-class production quality and food safety standards. This position reports to the Customer Quality Manager.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$56,600.00 - $105,600.00

Position Responsibilities
- Provide quality support for ADM WILD Flavors Business Unit products.
- Handle incoming quality requests from customers, end users, and sales managers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Liaise between customers and internal departments on all quality-related matters.
- Identify and manage risks in cooperation with plant quality departments and food and feed safety managers.
- Communicate with customers on all facets of quality and food safety, including product specifications, analytical details, questionnaires, applications, food safety plans, and product quality issues.
- Document customer complaints and act as a liaison with Business Managers, General Managers, Research, Operations, Legal, and Regulatory teams to resolve complaints fully.
- Participate in customer audits as needed.
- Assist Product Stewards, business, and sales managers with relevant projects.
- Master information systems to perform tasks effectively.
- Respond to customer requests for standard and non-standard documentation and questionnaires.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a science discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of quality or technical-related experience preferred.
- Ability to understand technical properties and functionality of ingredients.
- Strong organizational skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Developed interpersonal techniques and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective planning, organization, and execution of activities.
