The ideal candidate will play a key role in assuring Data Migration processes are executed according to our existing playbook, as well as in implementing industry best practices and improvements.
Understanding the data structure for multiple SAP related Business Process areas, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional area discussions will make you stand out!

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$71,100.00 - $133,300.00

Job Responsibilities
- Represent Data Readiness perspective on any solution and decision related to Data Conversation and Migration for designated process area(s).
- Assure data design and implementation meet in-scope business requirements for Data Conversion, Transformation, Migration, and Load.
- Participate in and fully understand the Functional Design for data conversion objects, for relevant source to target systems.
- Fully and confidently represent data conversion solutions to business team members.
- Actively engage Business data validators/approvers, systems analysts, data readiness analysts, and other related work stream roles to assure data is “fit for purpose.”
- Work closely with E2E business process area/product teams and Data Readiness Analysts to assure that the Global, Regional and Local data requirements are clearly understood and executed throughout the Data Migration Cycles.
- Be responsible to create and/or assure Data Mapping is complete for relevant sources to target systems.
- Be responsible to create and/or assure Functional Design documents and data mapping are current related to data conversion cycles.
- Facilitate Data Construction, where complete data does not reside in source systems, to enable load into target systems.
- Coordinate and play leading role in validation of data extracted, transformed, and loaded into target systems, assuring proper data mapping and business rule satisfaction.
- Attain and record proper approvals for validated data loads.
- Analyze and determine localized business rules to be used to assess the current state of Data Quality.
- Execute Data Profiling results review of data sources, and work to update rules as needed.
- Identify, monitor and work with business users to proactively and continually cleanse data to support Project timelines, and maintain Data Quality in source systems.
- Log and effectively document Data Migration defects and facilitate run to resolution.
- Properly document all requirements for Risks and Controls/SOX compliance fulfillment for relevant data conversion objects.
- Be actively engaged in developing Data Quality rules, with business users, to monitor and maintain Data Quality in target systems.
- Align with other Data Readiness and Quality teams for completing relevant tasks, and providing communication within, and across other WorkStreams.
- Effectively communicate and facilitate discussion with other Global Technology workstreams, and related business participants.
- 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or Business-related disciplines
- 3 years’ experience performing Data, Systems, and/or Business Analyst activities within SAP implementations
- 2 years’ experience across multiple process or product areas, including Hire to Retire, Master Data Management, Plan to Deliver, Prospect to Cash, Insight to Launch, Record to Report, Acquire to Retire and Source to Pay is preferred.
- SAP S/4 Hana, SuccessFactors Employee Central, SuccessFactors Payroll, and/or SAP Workforce Software a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively connect with internal business partners
- Demonstrable ability to work independently, as well as within teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, time management, facilitation, and process leadership skills
- Maintain a positive work environment through collaboration & conflict resolution
- Complete weekly status reporting and utilize other tools for appropriate visibility to activities, status, and challenges
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Demonstrated competency working with team members globally whether face-to-face, web conference, telephone or email
