Part Time Operations – Enid, OK
This is a part-time hourly position at the Enid, OK Grain Elevator. Part-time position is up to 32 hours per week and hours may vary from day to day depending on facility needs.

Rate of pay: starting at $16 plus /hr. Depending on previous experience & qualifications.
Benefits: 401(k), 401(k) matching after 6 months of employment.

Job Responsibilities:
Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Perform housekeeping duties
• Operating plant equipment
• Loading trucks or rail cars
• Dumping rail cars or trucks
• Physical work out in the elements. Ability to meet these physical requirements such as prolonged kneeling, bending, climbing stairs and ladders, shoveling, sweeping and ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted

• Commitment to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero-injury safety culture

• Job Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Candidate must exhibit regular and prompt attendance.
• Ideal candidates will demonstrate initiative to work independently while being flexible to work as a team when needed.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay for this position is expected to be:

$16-$28/hrs
