What you will do:
· You will be working in our Toledo facility and take on challenges and responsibilities within our Maintenance Department.
You can also expect to:
· Installing and maintaining machinery and equipment
· Operate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools and power tools
· Troubleshoot mechanical failures and pneumatic systems
· Repair, rebuild, maintain mechanical drive systems
· Install material systems
· Fabrication
· Basic welding, layout and fabrication skills
· Experience with V-belt and Chain drive systems
· Machine troubleshooting and repair skills
What Hours Would I be Working?
Insert schedule or description of shift (Ability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends and Holidays)
ADM requires the successful completion of applicable pre-employment drug screen, medical/respirator questionnaire and a background check.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in an industrial, maintenance environment
- Meets ADM Employee Attributes/Competencies
- Accordingly, any application for this position that is considered for employment with ADM requires successful completion of pre-employment drug testing.
- Demonstrate mechanical and technical aptitude
- 1-3 years experience in an industrial maintenance environment
- College degree or certificate in a technical area or related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Might require assistance from supervisor or lead
- Ability to use basic measurement instruments such as tape measure
- Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach and lift up to 40 Lbs
- Ability to read and write English and perform basic math problems
