As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the operation of the plant to maintain personnel and process safety, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, and ensuring the operation of the site is carried out with all regulatory permits, laws & regulations, and best practices.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of operations. You will be responsible for motivating direct reports, demonstrating leadership qualities to all plant personnel, and making decisions that drive business results.
The Operations Manager will also be responsible for aligning site goals with divisional goals, communicating the direction and priorities to the site, and working collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives.
