PT Office Assistant - Colby, WI

General Requirements

• Work collaboratively in a team environment to maintain an adequate work force.
• Develop positive working relationships with personnel.
• Serve as a liaison between senior management and floor level workers.
• Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to work 40 hours per week. Overtime must be approved by Manager.
  
  

QUALITY CONTROL REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of and ability to follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Follow and monitor to assure all Safe Quality Food (SQF) guidelines are implemented and followed.
  
  

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

• Be aware of and follow up to date OSHA regulations that apply to the tasks in your job.
• Be aware of your surroundings, watching for forklift traffic and trip hazards such as pallets or cords when entering the production area.
• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when entering the production area.
  
  

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
  
  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in various departments as requested/
• Enter data into different databases to assist the different departments to update their information accurately.
• File paperwork as necessary for the departments.
• Cover for vacations as necessary.
• Work out in production and the shipping/receiving office as needed.
• Respond to reports of suspicious activity related to food defense.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:

$30,700.00 - $50,600.00
