We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Analyst - Supply Chain in Boca Raton, FL!QualificationsEssentials of the Job : The Inventory Analyst has a broad range of responsibilities in all aspects of Supply Chain and is responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day supply chain business results are achieved. This role combines analysis and reporting along with hands-on transactional and master data activities to ensure excellence in the overall performance of the operation.Key Responsibilities : Analytics : Deliver Supply Chain trend analysis and KPI reporting (dashboards, service level agreements, back orders, inventory, volume).Work closely with Plasma Operations and Procurement to ensure continuity of supply of plasma and raw materials and to coordinate production schedules changes as it impacts plasma / raw materials supply.Maintain reports and dashboards for lot status and tracking. Reconcile inventory of all bulk, semifinished, and finished products at month-end close and distribute reports to Manufacturing, for products manufactured in Boca.Assist with forecast analytics to ensure adequate stock levels to support customer orders.Partner with Cross Functional Team to provide manual and automated metrics and dashboards.Planning Activities : Reconcile inventory for third party manufacturers and execute weekly transactions in the system.Assist with the detailed production and delivery schedules for products manufactured in Boca, including products marketed by ADMA and products manufactured for ADMA by third parties and input data into SAP.Assist with the Master Production Schedule and Manufacturing Resource Planning in the SAP system to ensure adequate coverage of raw materials to support production and production support departments. Assist with the planning schedule for all levels of production from intermediate to finished goods.Maintain material master, bill of materials (BOM), recipes and production versions to support production activities. Partner with Manufacturing and Quality to coordinate any changes in the production plan to meet changing production demands.Review and revise SOPs as deemed necessary by the business to continually improve internal work processes.Participate in change controls and corrective actions for cross functional processes.Supports deviation investigations associated with issues / deviations.Interfaces with third party vendors and departments.Internal : Daily contact with administrative, management, and professional staff to exchange information, coordinate projects, solve problems, and negotiate solutions. External : Daily contact with vendors and service providers, to exchange information, coordinate projects, solve problems, and negotiate solutions.Responsible for the relationship of contract manufacturing and logistics service-providers and inventory management.Responsible for the management of raw material inventory. Prepare as needed inventory plans, reports, and monthly status reports. Support determining inventory level requirements.
