We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Market Access Operations Analyst!
The Market Access Operations Analyst will support ADMA Biologics' government pricing, commercial contracting, field reimbursement, data analytics and business intelligence needs. This role will focus on data management and strategic reporting on a regular cadence from a variety of databases. The analyst will work cross-functionally with Market Access, Finance, Compliance, National Accounts, and Data Integrity teams to ensure accurate and timely analysis and report generation. Identification of data insights and trends along with critical thinking skills are a necessity.
Essential Duties:
- Lead the Data Analytics function for Market Access & National Accounts, with a focus on production of specific reports and.
- Work closely with business units across the organization to gather, organize, and document databases ensure compliance requirements and provide distribution to appropriate teams.
- Provide subject matter expertise on the Mcube platform and all supporting processes.
- Design interactive graphs and dashboards using business intelligence tools to meet user requirements across the organization. o Responsible for democratizing and socializing data to improve business workflows with production ready solutions.
- Contribute to cross functional teams to make enterprise level, data driven business decisions.
- Design interactive dashboards to make data accessible to members across the organization. Understand the System Development Lifecycle Cycle.
- Work with ADMA’s 3PL to collect and verify chargeback data from submitted GPOs and 340B outlets.
- Ensure compliance and legal needs of the organization are followed and adhered to.
Qualifications
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
Experience Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Intelligence/Data Analyst role. Strong experience working with data visualization solutions such as power BI, Tableau or equivalent.
