Role Overview:
The Business Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations, business systems, marketing initiatives, sales processes, production workflows, and client relations. This role requires a highly organized, take-charge leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage teams, drive efficiency, and solve problems proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounting
-Oversee daily accounting tasks, including managing expenses, deposits, and reconciliations.
- Process payroll in coordination with the payroll provider.
-Track accounts receivable (A/R) and follow up on outstanding payments.
-Process new deals and manage financial documentation.
New Business & Client Onboarding
-Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.
-Ensure contracts are processed efficiently and CRM systems are updated.
Marketing Operations
-Research and acquire new marketing lists for outreach campaigns.
-Plan, launch, and oversee marketing campaigns to drive growth.
-Execute the company business marketing plan and manage marketing projects with key stakeholders.
Sales & Revenue Growth
-Maintain and update the sales pipeline in the CRM system.
-Prepare sales performance reports for leadership review.
-Process and track new sales opportunities.
Production & Team Coordination
- Organize and lead daily staff meetings.
-Track and report on account management activities and project progress.
-Identify and resolve potential client issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Client Relations & Support
-Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and problem resolution.
-Manage help desk requests and ensure timely responses to client needs.
Office & Operations Management
-Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist the company president with workload management and strategic initiatives.
-Interview and evaluate potential new hires to strengthen the team.
