Role Description
Assists with customer service administrative needs including job estimating, order entry, managing job status, and customer communication. CSR will have extensive knowledge of wide format digital printing capabilities and act as subject matter expert to customers and sales team. You will be expected to manage multiple account requests for estimates and orders, prioritizing based on customer need. Responsibilities will include interfacing with Sales Team, customers, and prospects alike for pricing, material recommendation and orders timely and efficiently. orders.
Job Responsibilities
Includes but not limited to:
- Support company operations in Customer Service, Sales, and Production through general administrative duties
- Prepare estimates in accordance with information provided by sales team.
- Act as subject matter expert providing sales or customers with recommendations for material type and job set up.
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously prioritizing needs and timing based on customer expectations.
- Enter orders into production system ensuring accurate sizing, material usage, file set up and use of existing parts.
- Serve as a liaison for sales, production, management, and customers ensuring communications and facilitating effective service of deliverables.
- Coordinate with application department for estimating and scheduling.
- Assist accounting department when needed in billing, accounts payable and accounts receivables.
- Communicate with customers regarding status of orders or estimates when needed.
Skills and Abilities Required
- Exceptional oral and written communications skills at all organizational levels
- Exceptional math and spatial relations competency
- Well versed in current computer software (MS Office Suites, Adobe Creative Suites, etc.) sufficient to employ both as communications tool as well as to supplement in areas needed.

- Experience in Signs/Graphics a plus

Salary : $18 - $21
