The Role
Join the adMarketplace Finance Team in this new role to support the consolidation and analysis of financial results, influence strategic investment decisions, and provide valuable insights to senior leadership about the company's financial trajectory. You will collaborate closely with the leaders of our corporate functions (Product & Technology, Marketing, G&A) on resource allocation.
What You'll Do :
- Drive department-level and consolidated budget & re-forecasting processes to ensure alignment with operating plan and overall financial targets
- Lead the production and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reports, highlighting key trends and variances, as well as recommended courses of action
- Headcount planning and analysis : partner with the People Team to create and execute hiring plans by department
- Create & execute cost allocation management and frameworks that results in more useful reporting and insights into our operating expenses
- Drive the development of financial reporting capabilities, including ownership of financial planning system(s) and the scalability of our reporting processes
- Manage and coach junior members on the team; own cross-functional Finance team processes on an ad hoc basis
