A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to analyze and improve IT processes related to Revenue Cycle Management and Practice Management.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and improve IT processes and systems leveraging OCR, Machine Learning, AI, and RPA technologiesDocument, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and non-functional requirementsCollaborate with developers and serve as a liaison between business and development teams to ensure successful system implementationRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a closely related field, with 3 years of relevant experience; or a Master's Degree with 1 year of experienceExperience in eliciting and documenting requirements using various methodsProven ability to communicate and collaborate with internal and external customersExperience with Microsoft SQL Server Management and writing complex SQL queriesExperience in functional quality assurance testing and project management
