Headwaters School, a Pre-K through grade 12 independent day school serving over 500 students across its three campuses in Austin, TX, is seeking a full-time Senior Director of Enrollment Management to begin July 1, 2025.
The Senior Director of Enrollment Management will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the school by leading efforts to attract, enroll, and retain a diverse, mission-aligned student body. Collaborating with the school's long-serving Head of School, leadership team, and members of the admissions office, the Senior Director will establish and execute strategic enrollment plans, ensuring the continued growth and vibrancy of the Headwaters’ community.
