As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Retirement Plan Administrator to join our team.Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled Retirement Plan Administrator to assist in the administration of retirement plans with a primary focus on processing Plan-to-Plan Record-Keeping transfers (also known as deconversions), completing client onboarding processes, and managing the transition of client accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of retirement plans, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with clients to ensure seamless transitions.Key Responsibilities : Plan-to-Plan Record-Keeping Transfers (Deconversions) : Manage and oversee the transfer process of retirement plan assets and data from one recordkeeper to another.Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deconversions.Troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the deconversion process.Client Onboarding : Coordinate and execute the full onboarding process for new retirement plan clients.Facilitate communication with clients to ensure all necessary documents and information are gathered.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during onboarding.Transition Management : Assist clients in transitioning their retirement accounts, including both participant data and plan assets.Work closely with both the client and internal teams to ensure a smooth transition process.Provide guidance and support to clients during their transition period to ensure their satisfaction.Client Support & Relationship Management : Act as the point of contact for clients during the onboarding and transition processes, addressing questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.Compliance & Documentation : Ensure all transactions, documents, and records comply with ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.Maintain accurate records of plan transfers, deconversions, and client onboarding activities.Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent work experience).2 years of experience in retirement plan administration, with a focus on recordkeeping, deconversions, or client onboarding preferred.Strong knowledge of retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), and pension plans.Familiarity with ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with retirement plan administration software is a plus.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Why Admin316?Career Growth : As we continue to expand, there will be plenty of opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Work-Life Balance : We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible work arrangements to fit your lifestyle.Inclusive Culture : Join a diverse, collaborative, and inclusive team committed to delivering excellent service and results.How to Apply : If you are passionate about retirement plans and have the skills and experience to help clients navigate complex deconversions and onboarding processes, we encourage you to apply!
