PT Custodian

260 Days/Year M-F during School Year (Summer hours may vary)

shift varies; to be reviewed with supervisor/approx. 22-25 hours a week 

Responsible for cleaning, sanitizing and general appearance throughout the Administration building. 

• Follow custodial assignments provided by supervisor
• Assist in planning activities that contribute to maintaining or improving building appearance
• Perform light maintenance tasks as required, e.g. light tubes and bulbs, furniture and shade repairs, etc; spot wet mop spills, etc. daily
• Report to supervisor any problems beyond scope of work or ability
• Maintain knowledge on proper use and care of custodial equipment and cleaning materials
• Maintain adequate supplies and generate requisitions for replenishments
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous Cleaning or Custodial Experience Preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
• Must be able to communicate and interact effectively
• Act 34, Act 114 and Act 151 Clearances Required
