Responsibilities
- Manage and rout phone calls appropriately, including taking messages
- Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy to maintain databases and records.
- Handle and process incoming and outgoing mail, including email and physical correspondence.
- Create, maintain, and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, for efficient document management.
- Provide front-desk services, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate contacts.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and issuing invoices, and other financial documents.
- Support other staff with various administrative tasks, including copying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Ensure the confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.

Summary
Ideal candidate will have a combination of administrative and accounting / bookkeeping experience. Must be punctual and reliable. Hours are Monday through Friday 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm. Bilingual English / Spanish (conversational Spanish ok). Family-owned business, has been in business for over 35 years.
