Administrative Resource Options is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative at our Tucson, AZ.
The Customer Service Representative works in a corporate environment assisting with everything from reception, scheduling and setting up conference rooms to stocking supplies and delivering mail. This is a client facing role, and requires a high level of organization, professionalism, and creativity.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum essential functions include being able to lift 50 pounds, and walk throughout the building
- Prior experience in office management, mail, print, reception or event planning required (1 year)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Must demonstrate professional communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonal
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
