What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Services CSR position at Administrative Resource Options?
Administrative Resource Options is looking to hire a Part time Printer Tech - First Responder that will be responsible for attending to printers throughout the facility in Los Angeles, CA as well as a location in City of Industry. There is also a possibility for more hours with other locations if wanted.
Responsible for paper distribution, toner changes, clearing paper jams, troubleshooting issues and calling in service requests when needed.
This is a 20 hour a week position and hours can be worked around your schedule - Monday through Friday between 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.
Looking for someone with GREAT customer service skills, attention to detail and reliability.
- Minimum essential functions include being able to lift 50 pounds, sit and stand for long periods of time
- Prior experience (1 year) with printers
- Perform troubleshooting of devices as requested
- Maintain printer paper and toners throughout facility
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Must demonstrate professional communication skills : verbal, written and interpersonal
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Problem solving skills
