What are the responsibilities and job description for the On Call Office Services Associate position at Administrative Resource Options?
ARO is looking to hire a On-Call Office Services Associate. The Associate will need reliable transportation, be flexible, have great customer Service skills, computer skills, mail/package handling experience, print and printer maintenance (changing toner, clearing paper jams, paper etc.).
This is an On call - as needed position to fill in for pto, vacations and sick coverage.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum essential functions include the ability to stand and for up to four hours, light lifting and operate machinery safely
- 1-2 years of copy or print center experience
- Strong customer interaction skills
- Complete all required paperwork/computer input accurately and in a timely manner
- Must be flexible to work when needed
