This is a Full-Time opportunity.Job Description Utilize software tools to monitor print devices and proactively manage devices.Check all devices for issues including but not limited to : low supplies, low paper, equipment displaying an error code, lack of functionality, and any connectivity faults.Provide print driver installation and networking support.Provide basic training and engage service group for on-site service.Manage help desk and service calls.Prepare basic reports.Qualifications Required Candidate Skills : Able to demonstrate good levels of computer and basic network skills.Basic and intermediate use of MS Office, sufficient to maintain reporting in Excel; web access knowledge and Internet skills.Able to demonstrate ability to send and receive emails, find, open and save documents and files, perform data entry.Able to demonstrate ability to use Internet Explorer for web browsing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
