What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Technician - HP Specialist position at Administrative Resource Options?
ARO is hiring for an Service Tech - HP Specialistin Camden, NJ. Candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service as this position is client-facing.
Candidate should possess experience with HP multi-function devices (a focus on A3 series) and their associated/common break/fix solutions - 4 years experience is preferred but similar or less experience with ability to speak to the role will also be considered.
Associated HP certifications is also a major plus. Experience or ability to learn Zebra thermal printers is a plus.
Some local area driving will be necessary to service nearby locations so a valid driver's license is required - mileage will be reimbursed.
A company phone will be provided for customer service and interaction.
Hours are Monday though Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm but, 1 week per month "on call" status will be required from 5pm - 8am. Special pay structures exist for compensation during on call periods.
We need someone with Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, personable, professional and tech savvy.
Pay is $23.00/hr.
