What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Receptionist position at Administrative Resources Options Group?
Administrative Resource Options is looking to hire an Experienced Corporate Receptionist/Office Services Associate in Irvine, CA.
Responsible for reception duties to include answering phones, relaying messages and greeting incoming guests, as well as light administrative work to include purchase requisition/data management. Need someone with good technical experience with Microsoft Office - Outlook and Excel.
Ideal Candidates will have great customer service, team player and good attention to detail.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Essential Functions include lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting or standing for multiple hours throughout the day, driver's license, and computer literacy
- Prior experience as a receptionist
- Required qualities include: customer service oriented, dependable, enthusiastic, punctual, organized, self-directed, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must demonstrate professional communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonal
- Preferred proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite services
