What are the responsibilities and job description for the On Call Mail and Hospitality Associate position at Administrative Resources Options Group?
ARO is looking to hire an On call Mail and Hospitality Associate in Cleveland, OH. The On-call will work an estimated 20 hours per month. Hours when needed would be between Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Must be able to cover for sick, PTO and vacation coverages.
- Mailroom support (2 mail runs per day)
- Package handling
- Stocking office supplies
- Stock and Clean cafes
- Reserve conference rooms and make sure they are stocked
- Assists with light maintenance requests for printers (clearing paper jams, changing toners)
- Assist with supply inventory
- Assist with cleaning facilities
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must have customer service experience
- Reception and General office duties required
- Attention to detail and organization are important traits for this role
- Minimum essential functions include sitting, standing, operating machinery, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
