Administrative Resource Options is looking for a Print Shop Manager with strong reporting and analytical experience in the Dallas, TX area. Performs operational functions including but not limited to printing, binding, and finishing services, managing print team.
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Job Summary/Purpose:
· Interact with various vendors on client’s behalf and maintain vendor relationships.
·Ensure equipment is in good working order and can perform key operation functions.
· Recommend equipment upgrades and or additions needed to meet in-house operation (including equipment maintenance contracts).
· Must be able to provide and speak to analytics/metrics supporting growth and development of the print shop and team.
· Strong Excel experience
Qualifications
· 3 years of Print, Mail, Outbound Shipping & Imaging management, and team leadership.
· Proven account management, including supply, expense and profit management, as well as other relevant business experience.
· Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
· Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs.
· Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
· Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
·Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, Command Workstation, Imposition and other software as needed.
· Experience with Print Shop front end systems, such as WebCRD, Paper Cut, MarketDirect, Store Front, or equivalent, a must.
Salary : $25 - $30
