Rapid City, South DakotaMerchandising Lead: Displays beverage merchandise on shelves, showcases, and on sales floor of retail store by performing the following duties.Responsible for follow-up on scheduled merchandise booking secured by Sales Department personnel.Responsible for training all new employees or coordinating training for new employees.Responsible for scheduled maintenance and repair of permanent point of sale in retail accounts.Maintenance of area for current and up to date point of sale.Responsible for printing Day Glos, price cards and banners for retail accounts at request of SalesDepartment personnel.Responsible understanding and compliance with all company quality assurance guidelines.Responsible for adhering to all company policies and state laws and regulations.Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNone.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Work with Category Manager to build, schedule, implement and maintain cooler sets for accounts.
Update and maintain schematics for accounts as needed.
Must be able to climb ladders in safe and confident manner.
Must be able to use a boom truck.
